Cancellation Policy

Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance before the start of your service which includes rescheduling for regular clients whose cards are on file. Any cancellation notice less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the Full Service price. All card information will be stored through Square Appointments and is used for cancellation purposes for new and reoccurring clients. Please cancel/reschedule accordingly. Any appointments that are 10 minutes late will be charged $50 and cancelled.

Covid-19

Please be aware that I take the necessary precautions of disinfection, sanitation and sterilization. I ask everyone to please wash/sanitize their hands upon entering the studio, and ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you aren’t feeling well. I will waive the cancellation fee during this time to prevent the spread of illness, but will not waive our policy for no-shows.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show for appointments will be charged 100% of the Full Service price and will be asked to pre-pay for future services.

When To Arrive

Please plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your reservation but also to not interrupt another clients service. Feel free to use that time for using the restroom, and getting settled.

Late Arrival Policy

In order to remain on schedule for all clients, I may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The service price will be charged in full. Any appointments that are 10 minutes late will be charged $50 and cancelled.

Children

Children under 12 years old, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult, not receiving a service, and remain in the retail area. Children cannot accompany you to the salon unless they also receive a service.

Cell Phones

I want Nails Down Under to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. I request that you leave your phone within reach but please don’t use your phone during your service as it interrupts the work I’m doing and I need both of your hands to efficiently do my best job.

Nail services

We only use our implements, polish and products. For your safety we cannot use your personal tools. We can only guarantee that our implements are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We also cannot guarantee the longevity and quality of polish other than our own.

Booking Procedure

We ask that you put a credit card on file in order to confirm your appointment and pay for your deposit to secure your spot. Your card will not be charged until completion of your service, with the exception of late cancellations and 'NO SHOW' appointments. 

 

REFUNDS

I DO NOT offer refunds, however, I will issue store credit for future services.
